Shipping & Return Policy
Our goal is to make every customer thrilled to receive our packages, but unfortunately some things do not fit & need to be returned. We want to make it as simple & easy for you as we can! However, we must have some structure. You are so appreciated for your understanding!
-The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. This is non-refundable.
-NO REFUNDS; CREDIT ONLY in the form of a gift card will be issued back to the email address that the order was placed under.
-We do not do exchanges. You will be issued a gift card for your returned item, and a new order will need to be placed for the item.
-Must be 14 days from shipped date to return an order. Please prepare a few days in advance for your package to get back to us.
-Items MUST be returned in original condition. No visible signs or smell of wear. If returned items have any obvious signs of wear, you will not receive the credit & will be charged an additional $20 shipping & handling fee to have the item shipped back to you as it no longer meets the standards to re-sell again to a new customer.
-Once your package ships out, it is in the hands of the USPS, not TWB. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address when you place your order. We will do everything we can to assist you in the steps you need to take in tracking your package, but please keep in mind that we have done our part and provided you with everything you need for tracking.
-Everyone is given a tracking number to the email provided.
-Tribe West is NOT responsible for lost packages. Please select Priority shipping if you prefer insurance.
-All sales final on jewelry, bralettes, and DISCOUNTED items.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
-Being online only, we are "open" 24/7, 7 days a week, however, our warehouse is by appointment only, including pick up times. Starting August 19, 2019, our warehouse will be open for local pickup between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00pm, Monday-Friday only.
MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
-No. We ship so quickly, that once your order has been placed, it has automatically been processed in our system. It will ship out to you in 1-2 business days and once received, you are welcome to ship it back as long as it adheres within our return policy. Store credit will be issued.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX ON MY ORDER?
-If your order is placed and shipped in the state of Texas, then yes, you will be charged tax (8.25%). All other locations are non-taxed.
HOW DO I COMBINE TWO DISCOUNT CODES/GIFTCARDS?
-This is not an option on our website at this time. Only one code used per checkout.
WHAT IF I CHOOSE LOCAL WAREHOUSE PICKUP?
-If you selected local warehouse pickup (Vernon, TX), please allow 24 hours for your item to be available for pickup, holidays and weekends excluded. Our system sends an automated email stating that the order has “shipped”, but if there is no tracking number connected to the email, then your item was not shipped, just fulfilled.
WHAT IS SEZZLE?
-Sezzle is a service we provide on our website to offer you the option to break up your payments in 4 installments until the order is fully paid for. 0% interest and your order ships out immediately. Any issues with Sezzle need to be taken up with Sezzle, not Tribe West. If you return an item that you paid for with Sezzle, you are still required to complete the payments to Sezzle, and Tribe West will issue a giftcard in the full amount of the order.
