Shipping & Return Policy

Our goal is to make every customer thrilled to receive our packages, but unfortunately some things do not fit & need to be returned. We want to make it as simple & easy for you as we can! However, we must have some structure. You are so appreciated for your understanding!

 

-The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. This is non-refundable.
-NO REFUNDS; CREDIT ONLY
-Must be 14 days from shipped date to return an order. Please prepare a few days in advance for your package to get back to us.
-Items MUST be returned in original condition. No visible signs of wear. If returned items have any obvious signs of wear, you will not receive the credit & will be charged an additional $20 shipping & handling fee to have the item shipped back to you as it no longer meets the standards to re-sell again to a new customer.
-Once your package ships out, it is in the hands of the USPS, not TWB. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address when you place your order.
-Everyone is given a tracking number to the email provided.
-Tribe West is NOT responsible for lost packages.
-Please include the invoice that came with your package.
-All sales final on DISCOUNTED items.
